The Talenti story began in 2004 with Fabrizio Cameli who, after spending a few years in his family marble business, decided to set up his own garden furniture business. He used the skills he had acquired in the marble business to create classic style garden furniture of the highest quality and finish.
He called this reality Talenti. The name was chosen almost as a joke; it was suggested to him by friends who appreciated him and consider him a true talent in his work. Fabrizio sees in this name the beating heart of his business idea: he wants a company that stands out precisely because of its talent and creativity, a company that knows how to keep the ambitious promises it makes, but always with great humility as its starting point.
This is Talenti, which stands out from the very beginning for its strong inclination towards art.
The first collections are classic, elegant, with antique-flavoured items, terracotta stones that are often personalised in both shape and colour. It is not so obvious, their competitors do not, they never really come close to people's desires.
Excellent results and prestigious accolades soon followed. In 2007, during the economic crisis that was hitting the country, Talenti stepped on the accelerator of intuition: something is changing and it cannot be left behind.
And so other lines were designed, this time of a contemporary nature, which were presented that same year at a trade fair in Paris.
A courageous and visionary choice that was rewarded and confirmed 7 months later in Milan, risking the criticism of customers accustomed to the smooth and elegant lines of the classic style, presented the contemporary style collection at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, the most important international event in the world of furniture.
For this launch, Talenti selected Karim Rashid, a designer who at the time was enjoying great success on the market.
The products made with the American designer were a success; the collaboration with Rashid established Talenti as a major player in the outdoor living market.
This is the first step on the road that brings Talenti closer to several internationally renowned designers, authors of collections that allow the company to enter new scenarios, both in Europe and in the rest of the world.
Today, Talenti is a company committed to developing and spreading the brand worldwide, a constantly growing reality that places its customers, its team, its agents and every person it comes into contact with at the centre of every action and operation of the company.
