- Check the number of the Hills: if the number does not match that on the Transport Document must note any missing neck;
- Check the condition of the parcels: In case of tampering and / or breakage of the packaging, the customer have to accept the goods with Subject to checking,describing personally on the tablet or written paper and in detailed manner the damage on all the copies of delivery receipts of the courier. Example : Subject of checking because damaged packing. Once checked the pack and ascertained the presence of a damage due to the transport,the customer must report it to Martinel within 2 days from the delivery of the goods through e-mail,with photographic documentation of the packages and the damaged goods.The customer, who for every reason has not follow the above instructions of the contract,won't after claim to Martinel any shortcomings or damages caused by the driver.
